– In which countries is it possible to shop online?

– How many languages are available for browsing the online store?

The website is currently available in Portuguese and English. Other languages are being worked on.

– Are the prices in the online store the same as in the physical store?

Yes, the prices are the same.

– Are out-of-stock items restocked?

If any item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. In the event that stock is no longer available, the items will be removed from the website.

– Will I receive the same item that I see in the photos?

Yes, the item will be the same as the one shown in the photos.

– Is it possible to receive periodic information via email about new products and offers?

Yes. Simply click on Newsletter or become a member of the Miguel Oliveira Fan Club to receive information about the latest products and news from our rider Miguel Oliveira.

– Can I cancel my subscription to your newsletter?

You can easily unsubscribe directly from the newsletter itself.

– How can I recover my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the ‘My Account’ section. You will receive an email with your new password.

– How can I be sure that my purchase was successful?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, please contact our customer service department.

Yes. You can remove any unwanted items from your shopping cart, provided that your order has not yet been processed.

– Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order, provided that its status allows it. To do this, simply go to the “My order” section in your account. If you are not yet registered, click on the “Order Information” link you received in your email and click on cancel.

Miguel Oliveira Fan Club only sells items in perfect condition, so if you ever receive a defective item, please contact our customer service department.

In the event of a dispute arising from any ‘Exchange or return’ of online purchases made through this website, the buyer and Miguel Oliveira Fan Club accept the jurisdiction of the Courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
